4. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
Urcom.net is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

For lost packages, if the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or leasing office. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
